Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web styles, templates and other products sold through our website (http://www.tubestyles.com) by TubeStyles (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company.
1. Style Licensing & Usage : All of our styles are licensed to our customers for use on one website, url, instance and/or domain. You may modify the style html and css files and integrate them into your backend web software, script or system. You may not repackage, modify package or resell our styles in any form or derived form.
2. Photoshop Files : Licensing – The Photoshop PSD files are licensed and copyrighted under TubeStyles.com, Voudini Company and respective partnerships. Photoshop files may or may not be available for all products.
3. Future Updates : Updates are available to customers who have made a style purchase. All styles are designed to be compatible with most systems that outputs CSS/XHTML. You are responsible for integrating the style into your own backend system, script or software. We may or may not be able to provide such integration services. Our styles are not intended to be a TurnKey or Plugin themes to your system. You must modify the style in order to integrate into your backend.
4. Delivery : After we have succesfully received your payment, your TubeStyles Subscription or Individual Style information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 1 buisness day but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, you will have instant access to your purchased style(s).
Note: No invoices will be available for your purchases / subscriptions, as the PayPal.com sales receipt is deemed to be sufficient financial information.
5. Ownership : You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of TubeStyles. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
6. Refund Policy : Since TubeStyles is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the subscription or individual style purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering and or purchasing at our site. We will deliver a .zip file containing 2 html files (index.html & video.html), along with necessary graphics, css files and other related assets. PSD files are NOT included. We will deliver exactly what you need to set your purchased style up as we have displayed in screenshots and perhaps live demos on our site. There may be some differences in layout between the various versions that are available. Live demos may or may not be available. Ask if you would like a demo!
7. Support : TubeStyles offers these style templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins, scripts, systems or softwares. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of your site, system, script or software itself.
8. Price Changes : TubeStyles reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription, a product (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all subscriptions and products, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the TubeStyles website.
9. Warranty : TubeStyles does not warranty or guarantee these style templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. We sell design styles ONLY. We test in a number of major browsers, but we do not test in ALL browsers. The delivered style product you have downloaded is a suggested layout and code structure. You must modify this code in order to integrate the style into your website. It is up to you to integrate the style for your target browser(s), audience and system, script or software compatibility. We verify our XHTML & CSS3 templates are valid (As they are delivered, without modification) via W3C Standards.
10. Proof of License : Periodically we may ask that you provide proof of purchace of your licensed TubeStyle. This would refer to your transaction ID from PayPal or other biller, your order number and original email used during your purchase. One or all of these may be requested to verify your purchase.
11. Network Licenses : If you have purchased a Network License for a TubeStyle, you are required to submit your licensed domains at the following URL:

Failure to submit your licensed domains prior to installing the theme may void your license agreement with us and you may lose your entire license privelages, without refund. This is at the sole discression of our company.

Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that TubeStyles templates will work with all browser combinations. Again, it is up to you to validate your own site once you have done your integrations and modify the style to your own liking and validation preferences.
