Q: After my purchase, how soon will I receive my TubeStyle download?
A: Once your order is approved (sometimes minutes, sometimes up to a few hours), you will be able to download immediately from the customer area.
Q: What tube script should I get to work with TubeStyles?
A: We recommend either TubeX or TubeAce. These are the only currently compatible scripts. We are in the process of integrating more systems like WordPress and ClipShare.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We can take PayPal, Google Checkout or Epassporte. If you would like to purchase with Epassporte, please contact us on ICQ / AIM or via Email for our Epass information. Be sure to indicate the TubeStyle you would like and quantity.
Q: Does the theme come with a custom logo?
A: We do offer custom logo services. Depending on the logo, the price can range from $50 to $150+. If you need a logo, just contact us and let us know what you are looking for. We’ll be happy to assist.
Q: Do you install the TubeStyle?
A: We don’t typically install the TubeStyle… Mostly because it’s very simple. Upload the theme to your script templates / themes directory and activate it in your tube script admin area. It literally takes less time to do it yourself than it would for you to find your FTP info and have us do it. Check your script instructions for changing themes, it should give you a better idea of what is involved. But again, it’s very simple.
Q: Will I save money with a TubeStyle?
A: YES! You will definitely save money… and TIME! Consider the fact that getting a custom tube site design is going to cost you in the range of $500 to $1500+, and will usually take a week or even MONTHS for the designer to finish your design! Once you have the design, THEN, many times you will have to find someone to integrate it into your site! That could cost a lot more still! TubeStyles offers you a simple solution to this problem. A TubeStyle is only a fraction of the cost of a custom job, and you can be up and running in only MINUTES! So let’s say a TubeStyle is $150.00 vs. $500.00 (custom).
